Join us Mondays & Wednesdays for our group runs with members of Skagit Runners. We meet at Skagit Running Company in old town MT Vernon for 15 minutes to talk about the route, then we hit the road. Mileage varies between 3-7 miles and ranges from 8-12 minute pace. Turn out is 4 to 20 people, aging 20-60. Everyone is welcome we just ask that you have a good, base mileage so you can enjoy the run and socialize with the other runners.
